Kilcoy Global Foods Wins The Regatta Hotel’s 13th Annual Beef Off

In August at The Regatta Hotel’s much-loved Beef Off competition, four of Australia’s finest beef producers went head-to-head in a blind tasting of premium steaks. With such strong talent on the table, the competition was fierce, and every cut represented the very best of Australian beef.

We’re proud to share that Kilcoy Global Foods’ Ebony Prime Striploin was voted the overall winner of the evening. The Regatta Hotel’s Venue Manager, Liam Gibbons, summed it up perfectly: “Kilcoy's beef impressed across the board, earning the highest overall score and taking out the coveted Beef Off Winners Award for the evening. We’re proud to celebrate their well-deserved win.”

This recognition is a credit to the incredible work happening every day at our plant and across the wider team. From paddock to plate, it takes dedication, care and commitment to consistently deliver on quality, and this award belongs to every person who plays a part in that journey.

A big thank you to The Regatta Hotel for hosting another fantastic Beef Off and to all the guests who joined us to celebrate. While we’re often busy behind the scenes making the magic happen, moments like these give us a chance to pause, reflect and take pride in the collective efforts of the Kilcoy team.
