Like its namesake, Jade Pure Wagyu stands for prestige, rarity and purity.

Wagyu is known for its high levels of marbling that make it incredibly tender, juicy and full of flavour. Through genetic mastery and a specially crafted ration, Jade Pure Wagyu takes marbling to an indulgent level.

Derived from a small, elite herd where each animal is grass-fed and grain-finished on a curated feed for 500 days, Jade Pure Wagyu has a guaranteed marble score of 6+.

Our Story

Our herd are direct descendants of elite fullblood Japanese Wagyu genetics, and are raised in the lush, pristine pastures of the Western Downs in Queensland, Australia.

Enriched by clean air, rich grasslands and clear waterways, they are nurtured to peak health in a low-stress environment.

Each animal’s health is regularly monitored  with full lifecycle traceability from birth. Each piece of Jade Pure Wagyu is DNA-verified to guarantee its Japanese genetics and exclusive heritage.
